vipfile.cc (www.vipfile.cc) is an Online Service Provider under Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. Section 512 ("DMCA") and relevant EU directives. This document outlines our policy to address and implement the notice and takedown procedure as required by DMCA and similar laws. It is intended to guide copyright owners interested in utilizing this procedure and service users interested in restoring access to material mistakenly taken down.

Writing and Sending Proper Notification

Notice and Takedown Procedure

vipfile.cc follows the procedures outlined in the DMCA to enforce the rights of copyright holders. When we receive a Proper DMCA notification, or become otherwise aware of copyright infringement, we will remove or disable access to infringing materials as soon as possible.
