Child Abuse Prevention Policy
VIPFile.cc operates under strict legal compliance since 2018. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies worldwide.
Strictly Prohibited Content
The following content is absolutely prohibited on VIPFile.cc and will result in immediate legal action:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Content depicting sexual violence against minors
- Grooming materials or guides targeting children
- Child exploitation imagery or videos
- Content that sexualizes minors (under 18 years)
- Links to external CSAM resources or "hidden" collections
- Any material violating 18 U.S.C. § 2252A or equivalent international laws
Report Violations Immediately
If you discover content that appears to depict child abuse or exploitation on our platform, report it immediately. We investigate all reports within 24 hours and take immediate action.
Include file URLs and description. Reports are handled with strict confidentiality.

Law Enforcement Cooperation
Since 2018, VIPFile.cc has maintained a perfect record of cooperation with law enforcement agencies. We provide:
- Immediate preservation of evidence upon valid legal request
- Subscriber information disclosure pursuant to lawful process
- IP logs and upload/download timestamps
- Technical assistance in criminal investigations
- Expert testimony when required
Enforcement Actions
Any account found in violation will face:
- Immediate and permanent account termination
- Blacklist of email, IP address, and payment methods
- Forfeiture of all files and account balance (no refunds)
- Reporting to National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Criminal referral to appropriate law enforcement agencies
- Publication of case details to industry watchlists
There is no appeal process for CSAM violations. Our decision is final and immediate.

We utilize Microsoft PhotoDNA and Google's CSAI Match technology to detect and block known CSAM hashes before they reach our servers.
