VIPFile.cc operates as an Online Service Provider under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Article 14 of the EU Electronic Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC. We do not condone copyright infringement and respond expeditiously to valid takedown requests.
It is our policy to: (1) block access to or remove material that we believe in good faith infringes third-party copyrights; (2) terminate accounts of repeat infringers; and (3) accommodate standard technical measures used by copyright owners to protect their works.
Requirements for Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA complaint, your notification must include the following elements:
- Electronic Signature Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of Work Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Infringing Material Specific URL(s) or File ID(s) on vipfile.cc where the infringing material is located. Note: General descriptions are insufficient.
- Contact Information Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and valid email address.
- Good Faith Statement A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you uploaded was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Your counter-notice must include:
- Identification Specific description of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- Legal Consent A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Jurisdiction Consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Northern District of California if outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
- Contact & Signature Your name, address, telephone number, email address, and physical or electronic signature.
Important: Submit your counter-notice to [email protected] within 10 business days of receiving the removal notice. If we do not receive a valid counter-notification within this period, the removal may become permanent.
Trademark Policy
VIPFile.cc respects trademark rights. While we generate direct links to user content, we do not use third-party trademarks in advertising without authorization.
If you believe our service is being used to distribute goods or services bearing your trademark without authorization, please send a detailed notice including:
- Description of your trademark registration and jurisdiction
- Specific URLs where the infringing use appears
- Statement of non-authorization
- Your contact information and electronic signature

Repeat Infringers
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), it is VIPFile.cc's policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We define a "repeat infringer" as any user who has received three or more valid DMCA takedown notices within a 12-month period.
We also reserve the right to terminate accounts for single instances of willful, blatant copyright infringement, particularly where the content involves pre-release material, commercial software piracy, or child exploitation.
