No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including accidental purchases or change of mind. Premium benefits are delivered instantly upon payment.

No Rebills / Auto-Renewal

VIPFile does not charge automatic recurring payments. Your Premium access expires exactly on the date specified without any automatic charges to your card.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse

Mass downloading via debrid services, leeching, or redistributing content results in immediate account termination without refund or warning.

Our Service

VIPFile.cc (operating since 2018) provides secure cloud storage and file sharing services. We offer both free accounts with limited features and Premium accounts with extended capabilities including higher download speeds, parallel downloads, and extended storage periods.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

Company Information VIPFile is operated by experienced professionals in the file hosting industry since 2018. We are not a corporation but a private entity providing specialized hosting services for content creators and digital professionals.

Acceptable Use Policy

By using VIPFile, you agree NOT to:

Use the service for any illegal activities or to distribute illegal content
Upload, store, or share child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - immediate ban and law enforcement report
Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm systems
Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access our service
Share your account credentials with third parties or allow multiple users to access a single Premium account
Use debrid services, leech sites, or mass downloaders to circumvent our bandwidth limits
Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights without authorization
Harass, threaten, or defame other users through our platform

Fraud Detection = Permanent Ban

If we detect that you are using debrid services, mass downloaders, or systematically redistributing content from our servers, your account will be terminated immediately without refund. We monitor traffic patterns and have zero tolerance for bandwidth abuse.

Important Limitations

Premium access is valid for the exact period purchased (3 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 365 days)
We do NOT offer lifetime memberships
Maximum bandwidth: 50GB per day for Premium, 80GB for Premium PRO
File storage space: 60GB for Premium, 100GB for Premium PRO
Accounts sharing detected = immediate termination

No Automatic Renewals Unlike other file hosts, we do not store your payment details or charge you automatically. When your Premium expires, you simply lose premium benefits until you manually purchase again. No surprises on your credit card bill.

Payment & Refund Policy

Strict No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, chargebacks, or credits for any reason including but not limited to: accidental purchases, change of mind, unused time, account termination due to TOS violation, or technical issues on your end. By purchasing Premium, you acknowledge that you are paying for immediate access to digital services which cannot be "returned."

Payment Processing

We accept various payment methods including credit cards (Visa/MasterCard), cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT), and digital wallets. All transactions are processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Fraud Prevention

Attempting to dispute charges with your bank or payment provider (chargeback) after receiving our services will result in:

Immediate permanent ban of your account and all associated accounts
Blacklist of your email, IP address, and payment details
Potential legal action for fraudulent activity
Reporting to fraud databases and payment processors

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited - our system detects multiple IP accesses and will suspend accounts showing suspicious sharing patterns.

VIPFile complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We do not monitor content uploaded by users but will respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

Limitation of Liability

VIPFile provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

Loss of data or files (maintain your own backups)
Service interruptions or downtime
Content uploaded by users
Damages arising from use or inability to use the service
Actions of third parties accessing your shared links

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium services in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced via email to registered users or notice on our homepage.
