No. VIPFile.cc does not use automatic rebilling or subscription renewals. Your Premium access expires exactly on the date purchased, and you will never be charged automatically. To continue Premium benefits, simply purchase a new key manually. We believe in giving you full control over your payments with no surprises.
Strict No-Refund Policy All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including accidental purchases, unused time, or change of mind. Premium benefits are delivered instantly upon payment verification. By purchasing, you agree to this policy. Chargebacks will result in permanent account ban.

Technical Support

When you upload a file, you receive a unique "Delete Link" alongside the download link. Click this delete link to permanently remove the file from our servers immediately. If you lose the deletion link, the file will be automatically deleted after the storage period expires (30 days for free users, 90 days for Premium). Registered users can manage and delete files from their account dashboard.
No, hotlinking (direct linking to files from external websites) is strictly prohibited. All downloads must originate from our download pages. This policy prevents bandwidth abuse and ensures file security. Attempting to hotlink will result in error messages or account suspension for repeat violations.
  • Free Users: 1 file per 120 minutes, speed limited to 100 KB/s
  • Premium: Unlimited parallel downloads, max speed, 50GB/day bandwidth
  • Premium PRO: Unlimited parallel downloads, max speed, 80GB/day bandwidth
We monitor for abuse (debrid services, mass downloaders). Violation results in permanent ban without refund.
Yes. We use TLS 1.3 encryption for all data transfers. Files are stored on secure servers with redundancy. However, we recommend keeping personal backups of critical data. We are not responsible for data loss due to hardware failures, though we maintain industry-standard backup procedures since 2018.
