VipFile is a premium file hosting service operating since 2018. We provide secure cloud storage for large files that cannot be sent via email. Simply upload your files, receive a unique download link, and share it with anyone worldwide. Free users have basic access, while Premium members enjoy unlimited speeds, parallel downloads, and extended storage periods.

No. VipFile does not provide a public file search or index. All uploads are private unless you share the specific download link. This ensures your files remain confidential and accessible only to those you choose to share with. We do not catalog, index, or share your upload information with third parties.
You can upload any file type: documents, videos, images, audio, archives, and software. However, we strictly prohibit:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — immediate ban and legal action
- Malware, viruses, or harmful software
- Content that violates copyright laws (see our DMCA Policy)
- Terrorist or extremist propaganda
Technical Support
When you upload a file, you receive a unique "Delete Link" alongside the download link. Click this delete link to permanently remove the file from our servers immediately. If you lose the deletion link, the file will be automatically deleted after the storage period expires (30 days for free users, 90 days for Premium). Registered users can manage and delete files from their account dashboard.
No, hotlinking (direct linking to files from external websites) is strictly prohibited. All downloads must originate from our download pages. This policy prevents bandwidth abuse and ensures file security. Attempting to hotlink will result in error messages or account suspension for repeat violations.
- Free Users: 1 file per 120 minutes, speed limited to 100 KB/s
- Premium: Unlimited parallel downloads, max speed, 50GB/day bandwidth
- Premium PRO: Unlimited parallel downloads, max speed, 80GB/day bandwidth
Yes. We use TLS 1.3 encryption for all data transfers. Files are stored on secure servers with redundancy. However, we recommend keeping personal backups of critical data. We are not responsible for data loss due to hardware failures, though we maintain industry-standard backup procedures since 2018.
Legal & Copyright
If you are a copyright holder and find infringing material on our service, send a complete DMCA notice to [email protected]. Your notice must include: (1) Your electronic signature, (2) Identification of the copyrighted work, (3) Exact URLs on our site, (4) Your contact information, (5) Good faith belief statement, (6) Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We actively monitor for such content using PhotoDNA and CSAI Match technology. Any CSAM found results in immediate account termination, IP ban, and reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement authorities. If you encounter such content, report immediately to [email protected]. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share data with: (1) Payment processors to complete transactions (we do not store full card details), (2) Law enforcement when legally required by valid court order, (3) Service providers under strict confidentiality agreements.
